Refund & Returns Policy
We are happy to issue a refund once the goods have been returned to us and meet the following criteria:
- the goods are unused and in original packaging
- the original intent was to keep and use the product
- the goods are returned within 21 days of purchase
Please email us at email@example.com if you are not satisfied with your purchase so we can help resolve any problems, or co-ordinate the return/refund.
Note: All return postage costs are to be paid by the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. JB Imports NZ will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.
